Mother’s Day 2019

I have been working at The Ballard Green plant sale for the past 5 days.  

Yesterday afternoon, I was walking around my garden, weeding and deciding where to put all the plants I bought.

Of course, I stopped to admire my beautiful Lois Uttley lilac that was a Mother’s Day gift from my son, Ian, some years ago. I do not remember where he lived at the time, but, he called Joe Keller of The Garden of Ideas and this was delivered for me. Other years, it was peonies.  

Now, we just need some sunshine for it to open to release it’s beautiful fragrance.

Thanksgiving

I am thrilled to report that my cards are doing well at Copia on Route 123 in South Salem, N.Y. The store & nursery look so festive for the holidays. 

My new winter card selection will be available next week at Bella Home, Books on the Common & Copia. Heading to pick them up now from the printer (along with the many other things to do in preparation for Thanksgiving, with our Granddaughter visiting!)

I am so thankful that these local businesses are featuring my art work.
